A lot of craftsmanship goes into every Giesswein product. If your item nevertheless arrives damaged or faulty, or shows a defect during the legal guarantee period, we're sorry. We're happy to help you resolve the issue under the legal guarantee of conformity.
What if my item is damaged or faulty?
As a consumer in the EU, you are legally entitled to receive your item free of defects. If a defect that already existed at the time of delivery becomes apparent within two years of delivery, we'll take care of it.
We review every case individually to find the best solution for you. This depends on the item, its availability and the type of defect.
