Currently we ship to the entire EU, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Serbia.

How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping in the EU is free. For a delivery to Switzerland and Liechtenstein we charge € 9,90 (plus customs and import fees).
Do I have to pay import duties in non-EU countries?
For orders outside the EU, you must pay the customs and any applicable taxes or processing fees of the country. Please inquire here about the local regulations of your country.
How long does it take to get the ordered goods?
In the EU, shipping usually takes 2-5 business days. If problems arise due to availability of goods or unclear information, we will contact you. These cases can lead to a longer processing time. For deliveries to Switzerland, customs delays may occur. Therefore, please calculate with a longer delivery time of up to one week.
How can I return or exchange something?
We attach a prepaid DHL return label and a return slip to each package. With this package sticker you can send the package back to us for free at the nearest post office. If you do not have a return label, you can generate it at www.giesswein.com/return. This requires a delivery within the EU. In addition, include the returns slip in order to ensure smooth and fast processing.
Do not send the goods not carriage paid and also not without a return label from us, as this results in higher costs.
The return of the goods and the processing can take up to 3 weeks.
Will I receive a new invoice after the return of goods?
No, you will not receive a new invoice. If you arrange for the return before the due date of the invoice, you can only pay for the items retained and the invoice fee. Simply subtract the amounts of the returned goods from the original invoice amount.
The maturity of the Klarna bill is independent of our 14-day right of return. If you would like to make use of our 14-day right of return and send the goods back to us after the due date, we ask you to comply with the due date of the invoice and to transfer the full invoice amount first. Once we have confirmed your return, the refund will be made by us to Klarna. Klarna will then contact you by e-mail regarding the transfer to you and the necessary bank information. When returning the complete order, the invoice fee is waived.
What can I do if the amount of the refund is wrong?
If we have allegedly refunded an incorrect amount, we ask you to contact our customer service. Please enter the relevant order number, possibly reference number regarding your invoice and the name under which you made the order. This helps us to find an uncomplicated solution as fast as possible.
